Schools in San Isidro and Olivos by 2026 fee band

Practical guide for families on the San Isidro / Martínez / Beccar / Olivos / Vicente López axis: how to place private and bilingual schools in fee bands (mid, upper-mid, premium, and international USD), which figures are published for 2026, and what to ask when the school only says “contact.”

How we read the bands (without inventing)

BandPractical 2026 signal (typical monthly tuition)On this corridor
Premium (ARS)Primary ~$1.6–2.2 M; secondary ~$2.4–2.9 M+ (published)Northlands Olivos, St. Andrew’s Scots
International (USD)Fees in dollars + capital feeLincoln (La Lucila, VL)
Upper-mid / midPerception of a “serious” bilingual market, with no verifiable public table hereMichael Ham VL, St. John’s (Martínez/Beccar), Holy Cross (Beccar/Victoria)
Corridor comparisonUseful as an anchor, but not in San Isidro/OlivosNorthlands Nordelta; St. George’s (Quilmes / North)

> Site rule: we only list amounts with a public source. If there is no open PDF/website → contact. We do not recycle figures from old directories or press notes without checking against the school.

Quick reading of Olivos premium

International band (USD) — La Lucila

Asociación Escuelas Lincoln

Not in San Isidro or Olivos, but it is the most cited USD comparison on the VL corridor. Source: Tuition & Fees (2026/27 cycle).

Mid / upper-mid band (no public 2026 figure)

These schools come up again and again in San Isidro and Vicente López family conversations. None of the following has, as of this guide, an open 2026 fee table comparable to Northlands or St. Andrew’s in sources we could cite:

SchoolLocationProfileFee
Michael Ham — Vicente LópezGaspar Campos 517, VLCatholic bilingual; PIB in secondaryContact
St. John’s SchoolMartínez (early years/primary) · Beccar (secondary)Bilingual; Cambridge / IB depending on projectContact admissions
Holy CrossBeccar (girls) · Victoria (boys)Catholic bilingualContact

Do not use figures from blogs or directories with old years (2023 or earlier) to build a 2026 budget: fee deregulation and inflation make those numbers misleading.

What to ask in writing (short template)

  1. March 2026 tuition by level and school day.
  2. Intra-year update policy for 2026.
  3. Enrollment / re-enrollment (one-time? annual? how many installments?).
  4. Mandatory extras (association, maintenance, insurance, platform).
  5. Cafeteria and transport: mandatory or not; monthly average.
  6. Discounts (siblings, CBU, annual payment, alumni).

Practical tips for parents on the Libertador / Maipú axis

  1. Define band before brand. If the family ceiling is “published premium,” Northlands Olivos and St. Andrew’s already give you numeric anchors. If you need upper-mid, start with Ham / St. John’s / Holy Cross using the template above.
  2. Add the full monthly total, not only tuition: scholarship fund (Northlands), cafeteria, transport, and association fees often move the budget 15–30%+ depending on the family.
  3. Commute. Olivos/Martínez/Beccar fit life in SI/VL. From Nordelta/Tigre the daily trip to Olivos is another cost (time + fuel).
  4. Calendar. Lincoln = Northern Hemisphere / USD logic. The rest of this guide = Argentine Mar–Dec cycle.
  5. Check the document date. Ask for a circular with month/year; after Decree 787/2025 several schools adjust more than once a year.

Summary

In San Isidro / Olivos the transparent premium band today has two strong anchors: Northlands Olivos (web) and St. Andrew’s (PDF). The corridor’s international band is Lincoln (USD + capital fee). The local mid / upper-mid band (Ham VL, St. John’s, Holy Cross) remains direct inquiry — and that opacity is exactly the gap this guide tries to shrink with an actionable checklist.
